The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the RBI Grade B Notification 2025 for 120 Officer vacancies. Candidates dreaming of a banking career with India’s central bank can now apply online from 10th September to 30th September 2025 at the official website rbi.org.in.

The RBI has announced 120 posts across three streams:
- General – 83
- DEPR (Economics & Policy Research) – 17
- DSIM (Statistics & Information Management) – 20
RBI Grade B Eligibility Criteria 2025
Age Limit (as on 1 July 2025)
- General/EWS: 21 – 30 years
- OBC: Up to 33 years
- SC/ST: Up to 35 years
- PwBD: Relaxation up to 40 years
Educational Qualification
- General: Graduation with 60% marks (55% for PG/SC/ST/PwBD)
- DEPR: Master’s in Economics/Finance/Econometrics with 55% (50% for reserved)
- DSIM: Master’s in Statistics/Mathematics/Data Science with 55% (50% for reserved)
RBI Grade B Application Fees 2025
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹850 + GST
- SC/ST/PwBD: ₹100 + GST
- RBI Staff: Exempted

- Phase I (Prelims): 18 October (General) & 19 October (DEPR/DSIM)
- Phase II (Mains): 6 December (General) & 7 December (DEPR/DSIM)

- Basic Pay: ₹55,200 per month
- Gross Salary: Approx. ₹1,08,000 including allowances
- Career growth up to ₹99,750 with promotions and increments
